Norway isn’t present on the international circuit and does not have a national circuit to speak of, but there is a very active street scene, at the helm of which is the famous Thomas Remvik Aassen, alias TRA. T the start of the week we showed you a particularly creative video of Norwegian rider Joachim Skjævestad that created a bit of a storm on the world’s trials forums.
We recently showed you another exceptional video that Joachim’s mate Eirik Ulltang, another 21 year old street rider who has been riding for five years and also hails from Kristiansand, in Sørlandet (South-East Norway). The two guys are the best of friends and grew up together until Eirik moved to Oslo to study. Eirik rides a Rockman Slate 2 and is supported by Bula, Skins, Giro, Schwalbe, and the Merida/UMF/Northwave team. He has already sent us a few impressive videos, including one edited by Airtimeproductions.net’s Andreas Johannessen (Eirik Ulltang par Airtimeproductions). This new video (Trials in Motion) that he sent us last week was also created by Andreas Johannessen, with some magnificent shots filmed over three three days and some very dynamic and original editing. Great riding, a pro quality video, we loved it!
Eirik has been a fan of Tribal Zine for a few years now and has now done us the honour of joining our “dream team” of supporters which includes some top competitors and some of the best street riders on the planet. To mark the occasion he has sent us this ‘new’ video, re-edited from clips from Trial In Motion especially for Tribal Zine. Thanks Eirik!
