Rowan Johns is one of the most creative street riders of the moment, regularly producing high quality and very impressive videos. This young Ashton-Diamondback rider blew us away last year with his brilliant Let Forever Be, his first video on the Ashton Justice, which he followed up with Free, in which he links together tricks, including plenty of spins and manuals, with maximum fluidity. His videos are always very well produced, filmed using moving cameras like in BMX or skate videos, and the editing is always perfectly done.

In his new video, which came out a few days ago, Rowan is riding brakeless, following the example of Chris Akrigg, and the result is extremely impressive! He links together big ups, sidehops, gaps to front and back and manuals and rotations with ridiculous ease and fluidity. He advises all trials riders to try riding without their brakes at least once... "Ive just finished Filming/Editing the new brakeless podcast so I am back on the brakes!! Ive had an absolute blast without them and I think its helped my riding loads. I would reccommend it to anyone - maybe try an afternoon of deathgrip for hours of fun!!" (Blog Ashton). So get watching, it’s our favourite video since Danny Mac’s!
