The Hope Mono Trial has for several years been the reference point in trials disc braking, both in the quality of its design and production and in its performances in all conditions. The brake will be changing for 2012, and the new model is currently being tested in exclusivity by the Ozonys team! Below are some photos and some information on the new brake. More photos can be found on the Ozonys, here.

Ozonys are testing, in exclusivity, the latest prototype of the 2012 Hope Trial disc brake. Production of the brake will begin in the new year. The brake lever will be anodised black, or black and red as in the photo below.

The lever has been reinforced to stand up to the forces specific to trials (such as flex) and his been thickened at its base.

The mount has been modified further and is now a post mount that uses the trials specific mounting plates As the Mono Trial of previous years in order to guarantee effective braking.

The disc has also undergone some changes and is now more stylish and even lighter!
