The top TMS-Bikevision rider Nicolas Luque needs no introduction. Well know for his phenomenally relaxed style, huge sidehops, Nico was also the 2007 French Exert Champion. He has been the new TMS Evo 3 since October 2008, which he has been developing alongside Thibaut Marriaux, putting it to the test on a daily basis on both street and natural. It is an innovative bike that sets itself apart from its peers with several distingushing features; it’s curvy lines, super-stiff back end (the top yoke is a single tubem bent around with a booster welded to the top) and the famous "Quick Tensioner Concept"), a very clever proprietary system that uses sliding vertical dropouts. Nico got a production model as soon as they arrived in September (Nicolas Luque’s Evo 3)
Nico has sent us these photos from a professional shoot at the Bastille in Grenoble with Ded Wygledacz (Focusonit.fr), a talented photographer who just happens to be Nico’s brother-in-law! The views from the Batille are spectacular; mountains, ruined buildings, staircases and crumbling walls all mixed together and concentrated in just a few square hectares. Ded made the most of this to test his remote flash, which he had never used for sports photography before. We think that you’ll agree that the results are impressive!
