The 2009 season has started strong! The spectators at K-124 Days witnessed two days of the most difficult and most passionate competition ever organised. For those of you that couldn’t make it, Tribal Zine has made sure that we covered every last moment of the event, presenting you on Friday with the first photos of the new 26" Koxx Sky range, which were officiallye unveiled at the festival (2009 Koxx Sky), and then the day after the competition, a best-of photo gallery and a sneak preview of the results (K-124 Days 2009 - Day1 & K-124 Days 2009 Final).
Over the next few days Tribal Zine will also be bringing you all of the latest media from the weekend, and will be putting online THE official K-124 Days video in just one month! An HD video, filmed with three cameras (Marcus Gelhard, Nicolas Ollier et Nicolas Marsac), fitted with steady-cam equipment, that will bring together all of the best moments of the weekend. It will also include three exclusive interviews with Gilles Coustellier, Vincent Hermance et Alain Rémy, the event organiser, filmed between the two rounds of the competition. The final editing of the video will be carried out by Marcus Gelhard, a student in audiovisual editing, who recently brought us a magnificent trials documentary (Le trial, un sport fascinant) and two quality videos of German rider Marko Berthold (Marko Berthold in Berlin & Marko Berthold indoor).
Nicolas Ollier (Tribal Zine web designer , owner of Trialprod) has shown us a little teaser of the video, just to tide us over. It shows one of the greatest moments of Sunday’s final, with Gilles Coustellier managing to land an enourmous inverted ’up’ (it loooks a bit smaller becauseof the angle, but it’s close to 1.8m!) under the eyes of an astounded.
