A handful of magnificent photos of K-124 days, from the camera of official K-124 photographer Mattia Slaifer. This young IT and maths student from Rovereto in Italy has been taking trials and sports photos for a few years now. Last year he took a load of excellent photos at K-124 Days 2011 for Tribal Zine: K-124 Days 2011 by Mattia Slaifer. The photos that he took this year for K.124 are even better, and plunge you right into the heart of the action of this semi-mythical and incredible event. Action shots, portraits, and the rest, there’s something for everyone in this original and stylish collection!
Mattia told us a bit about his first job as K-124 photographer… “It was a really long trip, but it was worth it… 10 hours from Italy to France to get to the event… I came form Italy with my assistant Alessio Gaffuri and two other friends Andrea Maranelli (biker) and Alessio Peroni (trainer). The Koxx staff were great with us, and I’d like to thank, inparticular, Maxime, Max, Vincent, Dom and all the rest for organising the trip, the accommodation and the food! I love the camaraderie in the team! The event itself was perfect, nice people, cool sections and good food, all in an amazing venue! I met loads of new people that I didn’t meet last year. I hope you like the photos. We’re working On a short video of our trip to K-124 Days now! It’s just a modest project, but it’ll be fun!
