Tribal Zine joined forces with Digital Direct Multimédia to offer you the best photos of the 2010 Trials World Championships. The photos have been taken by Michel Roy, one of the best photographers in Quebec. Michel is a member of the Corporation des Maîtres Photographes du Québec, of NAPP (National Association of Photoshop Professionnals) and has a regular column in the prestigious Canadian magazine PhotoNews and will have a photo on the cover of the next issue. He has also recently distinguished himself in photography circles in Quebec by winning some prestigious prizes (the wildlife category Grand Prix and the Jamboree snowboard photo contest). All of the world’s great sportsmen have been shot through the lens of Michel’s Canon Mark III 1DS; his house is like a museum, with signed photos everywhere!
Following our galleries dedicated to World Champion Kenny Belaey, Benito Ros and Marc Caisso, here are some photos of Abel Mustieles, the Spanish prodigy who took the title of Elite 20” Vice-World Champion before finishing fourth in the Elite 26” Final the day after, ahead of Gilles Coustellier himself! Who could have predicted such a shake-up of the Elite 26” hierarchy? Certainly not us…
Just one point dropped on the Quebec section on his first lap, despite the rain!
Abel comes up against the large jumps on his first lap…
An enormous up in the last section…
Abel attacks the Canada on his second lap – he managed to get through on three points, the same score as Marc Caisso!

The final section… No one managed to get through it!
